Building the system behind community-scale growth

Alpha Loop Foundation had a growing community event, strong local enthusiasm, and a volunteer-led team but no connected system for managing promotion, follow-up, or partner engagement. The 2024 Lights on the Loop event drew 400 attendees. To support the next stage of growth, the foundation needed infrastructure that could convert awareness into participation and remain useful beyond a single event.

Designed and implemented a digital infrastructure build, followed by a focused event campaign:

  • ThriveSuite CRM and marketing automation
  • A conversion-focused event landing page
  • Email marketing and audience-growth systems
  • Social media strategy and new Facebook and LinkedIn channels
  • Partner promotion assets and community outreach
  • Volunteer training and an SEO foundation
